Shipping

Shipping prices are calculated automatically in the shopping cart based on your shipping address.

All US orders over $120 will be shipped for free. For the rest of the world, free shipping is available for orders over $240.

T-Shirt Shipping Prices:

• All US orders are shipped at a flat rate of $5.
• All Canada shirt orders are shipped at a flat rate of $8.
• All Australia shirt orders are shipped at a flat rate of $9.
• All other international orders are shipped at a flat rate of $9.

Orders are produced 3 days after payment, and most US orders are shipped within 7 days after production. However, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. We are a small independent company doing our best to fulfill each order as quickly as possible.

Customs

We are not responsible for any customs fees that may incur with international orders. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country. Should an international order be sent back to us due to lack of claim, we will contact you to arrange a reship or credit to the website. As mentioned in our Return Policy below, we do not offer refunds or returns, but we will provide exchange if order has arrived faulty. Addresses must be in English.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you automatically after your order is produced. Once you have been notified about your package’s departure, please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update. Once your order has left our facility, we no longer have any contact or control over it, and you will need to contact the courier directly for any information. Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered, we have no contact with it, and you will need to contact the courier directly with any questions or concerns you may have. GuessWhosBack.me is not responsible for any lost packages. Please contact the courier if you experience any issues with your package being delivered.

Packages Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order will be canceled.

Return Policy

We do not provide refunds, and we do not accept returns due to everything is made to order so we cannot house inventory. We will provide exchange on any orders that arrived faulty. Damage and defective items must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
